JASON N. GOLDMAN APPOINTED VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BEN GURION SOCIETY FOR THE JEWISH FEDERATION OF BROWARD COUNTY

AUGUST 1, 2016 – HOLLYWOOD, FL – Jason N. Goldman, Founding Partner of Davis Goldman PLLC, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Ben Gurion Society for the Jewish Federation of Broward County.  He will serve a 1-year year term.

The Ben Gurion Society of The Jewish Federation of Broward County is a committee of the organization’s Young Leadership Division.  The Jewish Federation of Broward County is committed to the sacred work of building community by transforming lives and enriching Jewish life here in Broward County, in Israel and around the globe.

Goldman focuses his practice in commercial litigation handling complex business disputes from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings.   He has successfully litigated federal and state court jury and non-jury cases, and argued before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.  Goldman is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator with a diverse background in complex business dispute resolution.  He also handles transactional matters including asset purchases and sales, mergers, corporate formations, drafting shareholder and operating agreements and a diverse range of contract negotiations. In addition to litigation and transactional matters, Goldman serves as outside general counsel for multiple companies that have a continuing need for legal expertise and desire easy access to a trusted, business-minded attorney, with experience in employment law, commercial litigation and transactional matters.

Goldman received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and his B.S, magna cum laude, from University of Florida.
