DAVIS GOLDMAN WELCOMES PARTNER MAY MACALUSO TO THE FIRM

Davis Goldman, PLLC is proud to announce that Maidenly (“May”) Macaluso has joined the firm as a Partner. May focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, personal injury, intellectual property, corporate transactional matters, and outside general counsel services. Prior to joining Davis Goldman, May was a shareholder in a boutique litigation firm in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she focused on high-stakes commercial litigation for and against large international corporations, product manufacturers, and financial institutions. May has extensive trial and appellate experience in Florida state and federal courts, with more than thirty reported appellate opinions. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. May is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.S.) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D.), cum laude.
