Kimberly Cook Presents at FIU

Davis Goldman Partner Kimberly Cook was invited by Florida International University Associate Professor Ana Viamonte Ros, MD to take part in a presentation alongside Andrew Yaffa on potential pitfalls of medical malpractice for graduating medical students.

Kimberly, who now represents both plaintiffs and defendants in medical negligence cases, provided the defense perspective due to her extensive experience defending physicians and hospitals.
