Lee Paris is a seasoned litigator whose practice centers on high-stakes personal injury and complex litigation. He has developed a reputation for being sharp, strategic, pragmatic and creative to maximize case values for his clients and to achieve optimal outcomes. Additionally, clients appreciate his emotional intelligence and ability to seamlessly connect with others to best diagnose and address the most complex situations.

With extensive experience in state and federal courts across the country, Lee represents both plaintiffs and defendants in connection with his wide-ranging practice across numerous industries. He has first-chair trial experience and has second-chaired numerous trials and arbitrations. His cases span a broad spectrum: everything from catastrophic personal-injury, wrongful-death, and product-liability claims to sophisticated multi-party commercial disputes. This versatility allows him to pivot seamlessly between aggressively advocating for victims and structuring defenses, when necessary, depending on the client’s needs and the rigors of the case.

At the core of Lee’s approach is a commitment to maximizing value—whether through aggressive pursuit of damages for injured clients or efficient, cost-effective defense strategies for corporate clients. He is known by his colleagues for his level-headed demeanor, for thinking outside the box, for leveraging creative settlement postures, and for engaging in thoughtful risk-reward analyses to deliver results that align with each client’s litigation objectives.

Prior to joining Davis Goldman, Lee honed his litigation skills at one of the largest law firms in the world, a major AmLaw 25 firm, where he defended employers in complex business and employment disputes, and before that at a boutique firm where he gained significant, hands-on trial experience. This background gives him a well-rounded perspective—combining the rigor of defense-oriented litigation with the tactical tenacity needed for plaintiff-side advocacy.

Lee holds a Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Georgia, and various federal courts. His recognition by Super Lawyers on multiple occasions and in 2025 Rising Star in personal injury reflects his continued evolving reputation for delivering high-caliber representation and results.
