Daniel B. Allison

Daniel B. Allison (“Danny”) focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, insurance bad faith, complex business litigation, intellectual property, and outside general counsel services. He most recently worked for a national AmLaw 100 law firm and as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Danny represents individuals impacted by significant injuries and wrongful death resulting from product defects, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and premises liability. He also represents international corporations, national law firms, and small business owners in litigation involving high-exposure contractual and intellectual property disputes throughout the United States.

Business Background

Danny came to Davis Goldman from one the nation’s largest law firms, Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, where he defended large and mid-sized businesses and individuals in commercial litigation in Florida state and federal courts. He brings further sophisticated litigation experience from his time at other large law firms, including Fowler White Burnett, P.A., and New York/New Jersey-based Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. Danny also served as a clerk for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the Southern District of Florida.

Before practicing law, Danny worked in corporate sales and sports marketing for Nelligan Sports Marketing and Florida Atlantic University as part of the funding team responsible for the construction of Florida Atlantic University Stadium in Boca Raton, FL.
